we install a complete roofing system
A roofing system is designed to protect your most important asset: your home and family. This is why we install a “complete roofing system”. A complete roofing system is comprised of components that are all designed by one manufacturer. Using these factory-designed roofing systems guarantees optimal protection for your home. Our roofs qualify for an upgraded system warranty which extends your coverage from just shingles to all of the component for 50 years. This gives peace of mind to our customers.
Our roofing technicians are factory trained and certified. Every year we send our employees back to the manufacturer to learn the industry’s latest products and application methods. Our commitment to continued education has earned our company the Training Excellence award in 2011. With a wide variety of top level certifications we can meet almost any roofing and warranty need. We are certified with GAF, IKO, Versico and Custom-Bilt Metals.
Certified Green roofer & Asphalt shingle recycling program
We are an environmentally conscious roofing contractor that understands the impact that construction can have on the eco-system and our landfills. That is why we take advantage and care to recycle our asphalt roofing shingles at Glacier, a local recycling plant. By recycling our shingles we help to reduce the 11 million tons of asphalt shingles tossed into United Sates landfills each year. The shingles are processed and reused in roads all over our nation. That's responsible contracting and we are glad to do our small part of making our planet a little bit greener.
Chase NW has a comprehensive history in residential roofing. With over 18 years of experience in the industry we have developed an excellent re-roof process. We start by protecting what matters to you most, working carefully around your plants and valuables. We will then tear-off your existing roof system and dispose of all of the shingles. Inspecting the roof deck to ensure it is sound for your new roof system is the next step. We then install your complete roofing system to manufacturer specifications and perform a thorough clean up to ensure your home and property are safe.
Our team is your trusted commercial roofing contractor. We have re-roofed everything from small mom-and-pop grocery stores, to international strip malls and large multi-family condos in Seattle. A complete roofing system is utilized with our commercial re-roofs. We provide our clients with many commercial options at an affordable price. We can meet with you on site and provide consultation to determine the system and materials that will best suit your project.
We install all types of roofing
There is no limit with Chase NW! If you have a steep pitched or low pitched roof on a home or business we have a solution. We specialize in all types of roofing including wood shake, concrete tile, true slate and asphalt shingles such as 3 tab, architectural laminates and heavy weight tri-laminates like the GAF Grand Canyon. If your looking for a metal roofing contractor no problem. We can install industry leading standing seam metal roofs or metal shingles. For your low slope projects we provide excellent complete commercial roofing systems using single ply (PVC, TPO, EPDM) and torchdown.
