Our latest project centered around enacting a beautiful new roof in the city of Puyallup. Working during National Roofing Week reminded us of the professionalism and level of training and effort necessary to achieve successful results in our industry. We work hard to ensure we are on top of all roofing standards and are both GAF Master Elite Roofers and IKO Shield Pro Plus installers.
Our crew works hard to address client questions and concerns and ensure that every step of the roofing installation is exactly what the client expects and needs. The roof system utilized on this roofing project was the GAF Timberline shingle in Birchwood. The color is sometimes hard to decide on and here at Chase Construction North West Inc., we always try to make the process easier by bringing color samples and coming equipped with suggestions on which colors would best compliment your house’s architectural style and surroundings. In this project, we also incorporated GAF Weatherwatch as an Ice and Water shield in critical leak areas and TigerPaw synthetic underlayment as a vapor barrier. We provided and installed new 26G painted steel flashings as well as eave starter metal and rake metal that is necessary for added protection and safety on most roofing projects. Lastly, we converted the roof to a continuous ridge vent by using both the GAF Cobra and Smart Vent systems and we removed and replaced all existing exhaust vents with new RVO-38’s. As you can tell from the pictures, the end product was again beautifully enacted and installed! As always, we want to thank our capable crew for all their hard work, dedication, and continued commitment to excellence!!
