New Roof in Spanaway, WA

IKO’s Cambridge roofing system is as robust as it comes for economical shingles. With cutting edge technology, these asphalt composition shingles have stronger performance than most competing value-engineered shingles. We frequently recommend them because they are among the most long-lasting roofing products we’ve ever worked with.

Adding Curb Appeal with a New Roof!

Wikepedia defines curb appeal as “An attractiveness of the exterior of a residential or commercial property, as viewed from the street.” As a roofing company, curb appeal is our business. Call us biased, but nothing is more attractive to us on a house than a beautiful roof. Yes Yes, the rest of the house is important too, but expertly install an architectural 50 year shingle on that house, and we are happy! But recognizing that our love for roofs isn’t necessarily shared with the rest of the general population, here are some other tips to add curb appeal to your home pulled from our pinterest page (have you followed us yet?)

Curb Appeal IdeasDisplaying your house numbers in a creative way is a relatively easy way to add some curb appeal. There are many ways to execute this concept, that you can do yourself! Again, are you following us on Pinterest yet?

National Roofing Week Day 2

National Roofing Week 2016One of our favorite weeks of the year is here – National Roofing Week! We kicked it off yesterday with record breaking temperatures here in the North West! Our professional crew is experienced in working in all types of weather, from snow to pouring down rain, to scorching summer heat! You can trust that no matter the time of year, our crew will install your roof efficiently and correctly, no exceptions! Part of the main emphasis that #NationalRoofingWeek brings to the public, is the importance of hiring a professional roofing contractor. Not only do we have an experienced crew that is trained and certified with several manufactures, but we are also GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractors, as well as IKO Shield Pro Plus Contractors! We have also been in business for over 14 and that speaks for itself in the construction industry!

Day 2 in National Roofing Week is highlighting charitable projects in the roofing industry. We at Chase Construction NW, Inc. are always looking for ways to help out our fellow man. Every year we choose several projects to give back to our community. Last year, we were able to bless a fellow “12th man” with free labor, a free skylight and discounted roofing material for a much needed new roof. You can check out that project here, or watch the video here. This year we are taking our efforts across the world as we partner with New Horizon Church in Fife and fly to Tha Ton, Thailand!

National Roofing Week 2016!

The NRCA’s National Roofing week is happening June 5-11 this year, and we couldn’t be more excited! This annual tradition of increasing awareness across the U.S. about the importance of hiring a professional roofing contractor, and making informed decisions about maintaining or replacing any roof system, National Roofing Week 2016is one of our favorite weeks each summer! Your biggest asset is your home, and one of the main goals of National Roofing Week, is to bring attention to this often overlooked part of your home – your roof! When you don’t pay attention to your roof, it can fall into disrepair costing you time, effort, and money!

Proud Members of the NRCAThe National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) wants to highlight the significance of hiring a professional roofer. Too often we are hired to fix the work of a substandard roofer that is now out of business. We are happy to fix the problem, but it is costing our customers time and money that they would have saved if they hired a professional roofer to begin with. Anyone can become a roofing contractor, so how do you know that you are getting a quality roofing contractor like Chase Construction NW, Inc.?

The Who’s Who in Building and Construction Showcase 2016!

This last week brought a networking event that we look forward to every year – The Blue Book Building & Construction Network Showcase. It was held again this year at the beautiful Bell Harbor International Conference Center on Thursday May 5th. Even with the beautiful Washington weather occurring outside, this event was packed with like-minded people in the industry to learn, mingle, and make business connections and partnerships.

blue-book-network-showcase5 Ways to Beat the Lowest Bidder Game – was the topic of the educational presentation portion from 12:30 – 2 at the event. “Discover when and why Project Owners, Construction Managers and GCs award contracts on the basis of something other than the lowest qualified bid and find out how to build the relationships you’ll need along the way. Plus – eye-opening strategies to prequalify new GCs and position your company to receive that elusive first project.” Builders, contractors, and subcontractors joined together for lunch as we heard this presentation by Coty Fournier – a 25-year commercial construction executive, author, speaker, and thought-leader on business development, strategic planning, and talent development for construction companies nationwide.
