Just last week, all the members of the Chase Construction crew attended a workshop aimed towards sales techniques that are better suited to our customers. We want to better serve you, and our sales strategy stems from the belief that we are truly the most honest and professional roofer for the job. We learned how to better communicate with our customers and how to truly portray that we are the best man for the job in a world where this claim is often made. Roofing is the number one most inquired about business type and we want to change your negative perceptions, concerns, and fears about the industry! The workshop was put on by two of our trusted and reputable partners- IKO® and MacArthurCo. The speaker, John DeRosa Jr., was full of energy and captivated us with his real life experiences that always translated to a worthy concept point or principle. The first point we took away from going was centered around investing in our customers. This first and foremost means that we will place even more of an emphasis on quick back and forth rapport, both in person and over email. We want to make sure even more than before that when you call our office, you hear back from someone as soon as possible. We want to develop trust, credibility and rapport with each of our customers. We learned that this means having a solidified stance and backstory as a company, as well as being more tough when it comes to closing the sale. We are the best for the job and we will start doing more to portray the trustworthy nature of our company as well as our professional experience and expertise so that you can reach the same conclusion.

Next, we now know the massive emphasis that today’s society places on an internet presence and reviews. We do a lot to stay on top of these aspects of our business, but we are determined to do even more. We document all of our projects on our Instagram page (follow us @ pnwroofer) as well as our Facebook page, and we try to educate our customers on roofing materials and current roofing news right here on our blog. We will incentivize more of our current and past customers to fill out online reviews so you can read about the amazing work and service we produce. We do a lot of our business through word of mouth referrals, but we want to reach more of the Puget Sound byhaving our story and reviews more readily accessible. News, Tami Michaels. She first heard about us through her friends at Metal Roof Specialties and contacted us regarding possibly being on her show.
